Meet Our Paediatric Sleep & Behaviour Expert
When a child is struggling, the whole household struggles. Based in Brantford, Ontario, where she lives with her husband, 3 year-old daughter, infant son and four fur babies, Kristen’s mission is to help families feel confident as a thriving, well-rested unit.
The "Why" Behind Her Work
Kristen’s journey began at home. Her daughter was a "30-minute contact napper" who required constant motion—dancing or bouncing on a yoga ball—just to drift off. Having experienced nighttime insomnia and anxiety herself as a child, Kristen sought a solution that prioritized both restorative sleep and the parent-child bond; she was determined to break the cycle without compromising family connection.
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership & Management (Organizational Behaviour), Kristen followed her passion: supporting children and their families. She earned her International Child Sleep Consultant certification through the Family Sleep Institute and completed professional Child Behaviour Specialist training through The Early Years Family Development Centre. Kristen is also a member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants.
Her Approach
Kristen knows how overwhelming contradictory paediatric advice can be. She cuts through the noise by offering:

-
Supportive Implementation: Guidance through every step of the process.
-
Skill Building: Practical tools to strengthen your child’s age-appropriate sleep and behavioural abilities.
-
Workshops: Interactive workshops designed to equip parents and professionals with digestible, evidence-based behavioural tools and sleep strategies.

Our Services
Our personalized infant & child sleep consultations are designed to address the unique sleep challenges of your little one. We work collaboratively with parents to create customized, age-appropriate sleep plans that promote healthy sleep patterns and routines and put the plan into action via 2 weeks of daily communication and a
sleep/feed log to support you every step of the way.
Perfect for families who are looking for guidance regarding their infant or child's sleep and feel comfortable implementing the recommendations discussed independently. We provide age-appropriate recommendations in alignment with evidence-based paediatric sleep science and your family’s philosophies to support the improvements you are seeking, with the option to upgrade to a 2 week package.
In addition to our sleep services, we offer behaviour consultations to address a wide range of behavioural challenges, providing parents with effective strategies for promoting positive behaviour and managing difficult situations.
